The Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements Requests (TGFWAR) will come into effect on 1st December 2024.
Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs) are increasingly an important aspect of progressive and inclusive workplaces. They are mutually beneficial to both employers and employees when implemented in a manner that suits both employer's and employee's needs. Employers who offer FWAs are also able to tap on a greater pool of manpower and retain employees in today's tight labour market.
SPETA has arranged for TAFEP to give a brief outline of the TGFWAR, Free-Of-Charge for all SPETA members!
