SPETA is collaborating with Singapore Polytechnic (SP) for their Human Resource Learning Journey (HRLJ) - Embedding HR Tech in Business Redesign

The objective of this 1-day complimentary workshop is to encourage companies to adopt technology in redesigning and automating Human Resource work processes. Participants will be taken through a learning journey that will identify wicked problems common to many HR organisations, introduce the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT), and introduce Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a tool to resign and automate HR work processes. At the same time, participants will get hands-on exposure to create useful RPA scripts to automate common HR use-cases without prior coding or programming knowledge.

All workshops will be conducted in Singapore Polytechnic School of Business (actual venue will be advised closer to date via email).

Note:

1. Minimum Requirements - Participants must be computer literate and have basic knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word.
2. This workshop is suitable for HR managers and practitioners, HR tech support and Business Leaders.
